Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a property in Mallorca without being a Spanish resident?
Yes. You only need an NIE and usually a Spanish bank account; we arrange both and represent you throughout the purchase.
What do you check before signing the purchase?

Can I rent my property to tourists?
Only with a tourist licence. We check whether the property has one or can obtain it before you buy.
