Charles, a retired man, gets a new lease on life when he answers a private investigator ad and becomes the mole in a secret nursing home investigation. Man On The Inside also stars several of the Brooklyn 99 cast, including Stephanie Beatriz, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Eugene Cordero, and Mark Evan Jackson.
I love it!
A remake of the 2020 film El agente topo. I was expecting a clichéd comedy about someone working undercover, his crazy antics, and so on.
Instead, we get a series about a man who not only helped others, but also helped himself recover from the loss of his wife
This great series wasn’t full of laugh-out-loud jokes and cringeworthy lines, there were moments where I was truly moved by how it handled topics like a resident with memory problems. However, not everything was serious, which made the episodes feel depressing or boring, but it made the series worth watching because you wanted to see how it would develop, who stole it, etc.
The cast was great, the cinematography and locations were well done
I really hope they win another season and create a great mix of laughs, excitement, writing, locations and actors, just like in Charles’s future detective adventures, like this one.
